Shipping policy

We want delivery from Zoofy to be simple and clear.

Zoofy is an independent pet shop based in Mallow, Co. Cork, and we currently deliver online orders throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Click & Collect is also available from our Mallow store for eligible products.

Republic of Ireland delivery rates

For orders below the free-delivery threshold, our standard parcel delivery rates are based on the total shipment weight.

The correct eligible rate is calculated automatically at checkout.

  • 0–30 kg: €4.99 — DPD Standard Delivery
  • 30.01–50 kg: €9.99 — DPD Standard Delivery (Heavy)
  • 50.01–100 kg: €19.99 — DPD Standard Delivery (Very Heavy)

Free delivery over €60

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible Republic of Ireland orders with an order subtotal of €60 or more. No discount code is required.

Products that are restricted from standard nationwide shipping, such as local-delivery-only items or other specially handled products, must still use an eligible delivery or collection method shown at checkout.

Click & Collect in Mallow

Click & Collect is available for eligible products from our Mallow store.

Orders are generally prepared within 24 hours.

Local-delivery-only and restricted products

Some products cannot be sent using our standard nationwide DPD service. This may include local-delivery-only products, live animals and other items that require special handling.

If a product has a delivery restriction, the available delivery or collection options shown on the product page and at checkout take precedence. Shopify will only show the fulfilment methods available for the products and delivery address in your order.

Processing and delivery times

We normally process orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the Republic of Ireland is generally expected within 2–5 business days.

Processing time and courier transit time are separate. Business days exclude weekends and Irish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided with your dispatch confirmation. It may take a short time for the courier's tracking system to update after your parcel has been collected from us.

Heavy and unusually large orders

Our standard online shipping rates cover eligible shipments up to 100 kg. Orders above 100 kg, or orders containing products with special delivery restrictions, may not receive a standard courier rate at checkout.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address, Eircode and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact info@zoofy.ie as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, contact us at info@zoofy.ie with your order number and we will help investigate it with the courier.

International delivery

Our online checkout is currently configured for delivery within the Republic of Ireland only. We do not currently offer standard online shipping to the United Kingdom or other international destinations.
