We want you to be happy with your order from Zoofy.
If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the item.
Items should be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition, unless the item is faulty.
Some items may not be suitable for return for hygiene, safety or freshness reasons. This may include opened pet food, treats, bedding, grooming products or other sealed goods once opened.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the return has been approved and received.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
