ProRep Aspen Bedding is a soft, dust-free and odourless substrate made from non-toxic shredded wood sourced from sustainable forests. It is highly absorbent and suitable for snakes that like to burrow, as well as some lizards, birds and small mammals.
Spread the substrate evenly across the enclosure floor to a depth of approximately 2.5–5cm. Spot clean daily and replace completely every 2–3 weeks, or sooner if it becomes heavily soiled or wet.

Usage Guidance
Spread the substrate evenly over the bottom of the enclosure to a depth of approximately 2.5–5cm (1–2 inches). Spot-clean daily and completely replace the bedding every 2–3 weeks, or sooner if it becomes heavily soiled or wet.
Safety & Warnings
When using an under-tank heat mat, avoid using an excessively thick layer of aspen, as this may cause the heat mat to overheat. Always follow the heat mat manufacturer's instructions.
