How to use
Hold the canvas tail and throw the ball into a clear area for your dog to chase and retrieve.
Begin with short throws until you are familiar with the toy’s movement. The flexible tail may cause the ball to bounce or land differently from a standard round ball, adding variety to the game.
The tail may also be used for gentle, controlled tug play. Avoid sharp twisting movements or lifting your dog from the ground by the toy.
Exercise guidance
Keep play sessions suitable for your dog’s age, fitness and mobility.
Avoid repeated high jumps, sudden stops and sharp turns, particularly with puppies, senior dogs or dogs with joint and mobility concerns.
Provide regular rest and water breaks. Stop play if your dog appears tired, overheated, stiff or reluctant to continue.
Cleaning and care
Rinse or wipe the TPR ball using warm water and a mild pet-safe cleaning product.
Clean the canvas tail with a damp cloth and allow the entire toy to dry completely before storing. Do not leave the toy wet, as moisture trapped in the fabric may cause odours or deterioration.
Machine-washing and dishwasher suitability have not been confirmed.
