Ball compatibility
The launcher is believed to be designed for standard tennis-style balls measuring approximately 6 to 6.5 cm in diameter.
Always check that the ball fits securely inside the launcher before throwing. Do not use a ball that is too small for your dog, as it could become lodged inside the mouth or throat.
How to use
Place a compatible ball securely inside the curved holder.
Hold the handle firmly and use a smooth forward throwing motion to release the ball. Begin with gentle throws until you are familiar with the launcher and the distance it can achieve.
To collect the ball, press the holder gently over it while it is resting on the ground. Lift the launcher once the ball is securely gripped.
Use only in a clear outdoor area with enough space for the ball to travel and for your dog to run safely.
Exercise guidance
Keep games appropriate for your dog’s age, health, fitness and mobility.
Avoid repeated high-speed turns, sudden stops or excessive jumping, particularly with puppies, senior dogs or dogs with joint and mobility concerns.
Allow regular rest and water breaks. Stop play if your dog appears tired, overheated, stiff or reluctant to continue.

Never launch a ball directly towards a person or animal.
Inspect the launcher and ball before and after use. Stop using them immediately if:

- The ball becomes torn, punctured or damaged
- The ball becomes small enough to swallow
- Any component begins to detach
Do not allow your dog to chew the launcher. The launcher is an interactive throwing accessory and is not intended to be used as a chew toy.
Cleaning and care
Wipe the launcher using warm water and a mild pet-safe cleaning product.
Rinse away mud and cleaning residue and allow it to dry completely before storing.
Store indoors or in a dry location away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, which may weaken or distort the plastic.
