The Holistic Hound Bright Eyes
Keep the delicate area around your pet’s eyes clean, comfortable and well cared for with The Holistic Hound Bright Eyes. This gentle herbal cleansing solution is designed to remove everyday discharge and visible tear staining while helping moisturise and soothe the surrounding skin and coat.
Bright Eyes combines chamomile, eyebright and goldenseal with herbal hydrosols and tinctures in a saline solution. The liquid is applied to a clean cotton pad or swab and used to gently wipe around the outside of the eye.
The formula is suitable for routine eye-area hygiene and may be used whenever cleaning is required. It must not be dropped directly into the eye.

Ingredient overview
Chamomile is traditionally used in gentle topical preparations intended for delicate and sensitive areas.
Eyebright, also known as Euphrasia, has a long history of traditional use in herbal preparations developed for eye-area care.
Goldenseal is included for its traditionally recognised cleansing properties.
Saline solution provides a gentle liquid base for cleansing the skin and coat surrounding the eyes.
Directions for use
Apply as often as required.
Add a few drops to a fresh, clean cotton pad or cotton swab.
Gently wipe from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner. Use a separate clean pad or swab for each eye to help avoid transferring dirt or discharge.
Do not place the drops directly into your pet’s eyes.
Do not allow the bottle tip, cotton swab or pad to touch the eye itself.
Tear-stain care
For visible tear staining, use the solution regularly to clean the affected coat beneath and around the eyes.
Results may vary depending on the cause and severity of the staining. Persistent or recurring tear staining may be associated with eye irritation, allergies, blocked tear ducts, eyelid structure or another underlying issue.
Bright Eyes is intended for external cleansing and should not replace veterinary investigation where staining is severe or persistent.
When to seek veterinary advice
Contact a veterinary professional if your pet has:
- Red or swollen eyes
- Persistent squinting
- Signs of pain
- Cloudiness or changes in the eye
- Yellow, green, bloody or excessive discharge
- An eye injury
- Sudden or worsening tear production
- Symptoms that do not improve with routine cleaning
Do not use this product to treat an eye infection, injury or diagnosed eye condition unless advised by your veterinary professional.
Storage
Store securely in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Keep the cap tightly closed and keep the bottle out of reach of children and animals.
Do not use the product if the seal is damaged or if the liquid appears contaminated.
