Ingredient overview

Beeswax creates a light protective layer over the skin, helping lock in moisture and support the skin’s normal barrier function.

Coconut oil acts as an emollient, helping soften and moisturise dry skin.

Sweet almond oil contains naturally occurring fatty acids and vitamin E, helping maintain soft and supple skin.

Neem oil is traditionally used in topical preparations designed to deter mites and other skin parasites. It also helps moisturise and soothe dry skin.

Lavender, peppermint, tea tree, juniper and cedarwood essential oils contribute to the balm’s aromatic scent and mite-repelling formulation.

Mite-ee Stuff is suitable for:

This product is not suitable for cats.

For suspected ear mites, The Holistic Hound recommends using its Dog Eared product rather than applying Mite-ee Stuff inside the ears.

Clean the area using warm water to remove dirt and mite residue.

Dry the skin thoroughly before applying the balm.

Apply a small amount directly to the affected or mite-prone area and gently spread it across the skin. Use sparingly, as a small amount of the concentrated balm will cover a relatively large area.

Reapply as often as required, following the instructions printed on the physical product label.

Wash your hands after application.

For external use only.

Do not use on cats.

Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth and other sensitive areas. Do not apply inside the ear canal.

Prevent your pet from licking the freshly applied balm where possible. Stop using the product if redness, irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs.

Seek veterinary advice if your pet has broken, bleeding or infected skin, severe itching, hair loss or a confirmed or suspected mite infestation. This product supports routine skin care and is not a replacement for veterinary diagnosis or prescribed treatment.

Store securely in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.

Keep the lid tightly closed between uses and store out of reach of children and animals.

Do not use the balm if the container is damaged or if the contents appear contaminated.
