Use the rope during supervised interactive games such as:

During tug play, keep movements controlled and allow your dog to maintain a comfortable position. Avoid pulling sharply upwards, twisting your dog’s neck or lifting the dog from the ground by the toy.

Cleaning and care
Remove loose dirt and hair after use.
The manufacturer’s washing instructions have not been verified. Hand washing in cool or lukewarm water is recommended unless the product label specifically confirms that machine washing is suitable.
Rinse thoroughly and allow the entire rope, including the centres of both knots, to dry completely before returning it to your dog.
Do not store the toy while damp, as moisture trapped inside the knots may cause odours or deterioration.

Inspect the toy before and after every play session. Remove it immediately if:

- Your dog begins pulling off or swallowing fibres
- The rope becomes heavily soiled or cannot be cleaned safely
Swallowed rope fibres can cause a serious digestive obstruction. Contact a veterinary professional promptly if you believe your dog has swallowed part of the toy.
